People will do more in team if they feel important for the team, when they give contribution and we must appreciate it. For example if we and team in the middle of meeting. One of attendant give idea and we agree. We must give appreciate like say “ I think is brilliant “.

Feeling important is the most thing will motivate people do something. Respect what we give to people, it will make important recognition what people feel and need. If they have that recognition and feel of important in team, they will help you and give the best.

When we do thing about underestimate like cut the conversation, it will give feeling not important and the effect cause people not respect to us. When they upset to us, then will not listen what we say. And never prohibit person to develop they self, they will feel like machine to make us success.
